I am Anne Bötticher, Business and Leadership Mentor. I know what it feels like when a leadership role suddenly demands everything from you.

For more than 15 years, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I took on my first leadership role, a time that was incredibly instructive, but also challenging. After several stays abroad, I decided to take a new path: out of hospitality and into the corporate world. I worked in large national and international companies, once again taking on leadership responsibility, this time in very different structures.

During this time, I learned not only a great deal about leadership, communication, and team dynamics, but also about myself. To deepen my knowledge, I began studying business administration and wrote my thesis on communication, specifically, emotion analysis in business in connection with AI, because I wanted to understand how leadership truly works.

With this expertise, my experience from both hospitality and corporate environments, as well as my BG5 business coaching training, I developed my own leadership program. Today, I support leaders in their first year in a new role in finding inner clarity, making confident decisions, and creating an authentic, trust-based leadership culture, so they not only achieve their goals but also remain true to themselves.
